2.My departure time has changed. What should I do ?

If the departure time of you flight is postponed, you don't have to do anythingOn the opposite, if your flight is earlier and you come earlier to our parking, please advise us by phone at : +32 2 720 44 71to make sure that there is a parking space available.

3.How can I cancel my booking ?

You can cancel your booking free of charge either by phone (on0032.2 720 44 71 ?), or by e-mail, 30 minutes before your booking time. Otherwise, we will fully charge you.To cancel your booking online, click on « manage my booking»..

4.How can I change my booking?

Dates, time, vehicule have changed ? Click on « manage my booking» and change informations. The price will be adapred automatically, If you have book by phone, we do it for you.

5.How is my booking confirmed?

As soon as your booking is done, through your travel agency, by Internet or by telephone, you will receive a registration number and / or a written confirmation with an access plan to our facilities.This number is proof of your booking.If you book online, you can view and print the document confirming your booking

6.What are the opening hours of our car park?

Air Parking Security is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

7.How does Air Parking Security work?

Park your car in the covered access to the car park and switch off your engine. Your vehicle is filmed by four cameras which memorize the exterior condition of your vehicle.Open the door to our reception desk and let us know of your arrival and the drop-off of your car. After the usual formalities, board one of the Air Parking shuttles.A few minutes later, you are dropped off right outside the entrance to the airport terminal.During this short period, your vehicle is parked by us in one of our secure parking spaces.On your return, upon receipt of your luggage at the airport, call our telephone exchange at 00.32.2.720.44.71. An Air Parking shuttle will pick you up quickly.When we get off our shuttle, your car will be waiting for you at the Air Parking exit, which is already preheated in winter.A small breakdown assistance (deflated tires, battery to recharge) is offered.

8.What are the flight's informations to transmit?

Indicate the date and time you expect to arrive at the car park. For the return date, indicate the same date and time as that transmitted by your airline.If you don't know the flight data like timetable or flight number, please enter 00

9.What are the possible payment methods?

We accept Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Maesto cards as well as cash payments.You have the possibility to pay your invoice, either through our website or in our offices.

10.What  is the time laps between the arrival at the car park and the transfer to Check In at Brussels Airport? 

Please allow 5-10 minutes on average. As transfers are non-stop, you may have to wait for our shuttle parked at the airport to return. Given the proximity (800 meters) of our car park to the airport, your waiting time is 5 minutes on average.Couldn't be faster!

11.What to do in case of losing the ticket or the booking when you return from vacation?

If you loose the booking we will find your information without worry. On the other hand, if you loose your  ticket, there is an extra charge of 10 euros.

12.What does the booking fee cover ?

The amount covers not only the price of parking for the dates indicated, but also shuttle transfer to and from the airport, theft and fire insurance, and valet parking.

13.What is not included in the booking fee?

The amount does not include the maintenance of your vehicle, the Car-Wash, the additional day (s) caused by any delays. The same applies to the cost of searching for photo / video files when making special requests.
